Users retain ownership of their content but grant MarketoConnect a license to use, display, and share it as part of delivering the service.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the service.
MarketoConnect is not liable for:
The quality, outcome, or delivery of services performed by freelancers or agencies.
Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform.
Errors or interruptions in the service.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and store your information.
We may update these Terms at any time. You’ll be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
